Entre várias opções, escolhi três filmes para Setembro. Pra começar: One Day, com Anne Hathaway e Jim Sturgess. Baseado no romance de mesmo nome de David Nicholls, o filme é cheio de charme e tem como cenário a bela cidade de Londres. O filme começa na década de 80 e vai contando a história de dois amigos até os dias atuais. É como uma linha do tempo, ver como os cenários e os personagens vão mudando ao longo do filme. Gostoso para um dia de chuva. Mudando para Melancholia, filme dirigido por Lars Von Trier e estrelado por Kirsten Dunst e Charlotte Gainsbourg, é um drama um tanto quanto épico. Como ainda não o assisti não posso dizer exatamente como é, mas aparentemente a história se concentra na relação de duas irmãs, e o casamento de uma delas. Enquanto isso existe a tensão do nosso planeta ser colidido por outro. Um pouco confuso não é? Será que é mais um daqueles filmes sobre o fim do mundo ou vale a pena ir ao cinema? Vamos espiar o trailler.





E por último, não poderia deixar de ser La piel en que habito do ilustre Almodóvar e estrelado por Antonio Banderas, Elena Anaya e Jan Cornet. Se você espera traições, assassinos freaks, obsessão, mulheres a beira de um ataque de nervos, frieza, e um cirurgião plástico que causa pavor, está certo! Sim, é mais um filme daqueles do Almodóvar, no entanto não é um clichê. Talvez seja até um dos melhores de Pedro Almodóvar nos últimos anos. Consegue ser intenso mas ao mesmo tempo delicado. O filme conta a história de um cirurgião plástico que perde sua esposa num acidente de carro. Ele passa então mais de uma década trabalhando num tipo de pele que poderia tê-la salvo. Mas em quem ele pode experimentar tantos anos de pesquisa? Já imaginou né? De tirar o fôlego!





Among several options, I chose three movies for September. I'll start with One Day, with Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess. Based on the novel of the same name by David Nicholls, the film is full of charm and is set in the beautiful city of London. The film begins in the 80's and tells the story of two friends to the present day. It's like a timeline, you can see how places and characters change over the movie. Nice for a rainy day. Switching to Melancholia, a film directed by Lars Von Trier and starring Kirsten Dunst and Charlotte Gainsbourg, is somehow an epic drama. I haven't watched it yet, but apparently the story focuses on the relationship of two sisters, and the marriage of one of them. Meanwhile there is the tension of our planet colliding with another. A bit confusing isn't it? Is it another movie about the end of the world or do you think it's worth going to the theatre?

And finally, I couldn't leave out The skin I live in from the illustrious Almodovar starring Antonio Banderas, Elena Anaya and Jan Cornet. If you expect betrayal, freak murderers, obsession, women on the verge of a nervous breakdown, coldness, and a plastic surgeon that causes fear, you are right! Yes, it's another Almodóvar film, however is not a cliché. It might even be one of the best of Pedro Almodovar in recent years. It can be intense but at the same time delicate. The film tells the story of a plastic surgeon who loses his wife in a car accident. He then spends over a decade working on a type of skin that might have saved her. But in whom he can experience his many years of research? Any guess? Breathtaking!
